CONDO AND HOME RENTALS
For many years, PGA National Rental Properties, LLC, has been the forerunner in rentals at PGA National. Over time we have expanded into other country club communities in Palm Beach Gardens. Our rental agents, JoAnn Taylor and Kelly Fussel, have years of rental experience and are Realtors that specifically focus on rentals. We also have a maintenance department to take care of all needs and issues of our owners and our tenants.
Short-Term Resort Style Vacation Rentals
Individually owned, furnished condos and homes, many with golf memberships. Linens and kitchenware are provided, utilities included ($ may be capped). No pets/No smoking/One-month minimum.
Rates: (Season is November through April. Excellent discounts for November and April. Some communities require a 3-month minimum rental.)

Property Previews: Units are available for preview May though November, only when unoccupied.

Individually owned mainly unfurnished homes and condos. Some owners permit pets. Six-month minimum.
